Darkness was upon the face of the Earth, there were no sounds no movements of any kind. Blackness, lifelessness, void and stillness lay like a blanket of ice. No wind to ruffle the trees, there wasn’t any water to flow across the parched rocks. Just black and dormant was the Earth.
Far, far above the darkness above the clouds was noise and brightness filling the Heavenly Skies. You could hear the laughter of God all over the universe. The wings of the cherubs, flying from here to there.
