God allowed rain to fall on the earth for 40 days and 40 nights. Noah and his family were saved by building the boat God had instructed for him to do. God had also instructed Noah to save some of the animals. God love the birds and the creeping things. Noah got two of each animal and put them all on the boat. Satan and his angels celebrated their Victory, but God was not finished.
